这个年龄阶段的孩子已经进入学舞蹈黄金期，在这个阶段基本开始了比较规范正规的学习，在软开度方面有了更多要求，但由于生理条件逐渐成熟，训练要遵循适度原则，在孩子承受范围内，不要造成对身体的伤害，也不提倡力量型的控制训练，如身体各部位的控制。同时，这个时期的孩子心理也逐渐成熟，对于一些情感和美感都有了相当的认识，芭蕾舞、中国民族舞及欢快激昂的Jzaa都是很好的选择。

中国舞+基本功训练 (CT) 主要提供“舞蹈基本功、舞蹈音乐组合训练“. 能促进孩子的身体发育,矫正体型,训练孩子的节奏感
芭蕾 (Ballet Grade 1-3) 芭蕾舞是舞蹈的基础。它提供了健康舞者所需要的技术支撑，推荐给所有舞者。我们提供从初级到高级皇家舞蹈学院(RAD)的培训和考试。
加强班 (COM) 重点培养孩子的形体和柔韧性,解决孩子在舞蹈中的技术技巧。
表演班 (DR) 适合有芭蕾、民族舞蹈等各种舞蹈基础的学生，班级以表演成品舞蹈为主，集成强化性的舞蹈基本功训练和形体训练。
JAZZ & TAP (JT) Jazz是现代流行爵士里最常见的舞种，综合了柔美、爆发力、性感、帅气等所有爵士风格，适合所有舞蹈爱好者。 JAZZ的动作幅度虽然不大，但全身上下的主要肌肉都会在运动中进行锻炼，动作要求快速和讲求瞬速发力。
K-POP (KP) 以韩国流行的舞蹈成品学习为主，辅以舞蹈基本功训练，基础动作练习。综合提高学员舞蹈素质和表演水平。
中国舞考级班 (CA) 依据《中国民族民间舞蹈等级考试教材》授课，内容以中国56个民族舞蹈素材为基础，选取各民族舞蹈中最有代表性的典型性元素进行组合的编创，素材取材多元化。舞蹈风格各有不同，有着浓郁的地方、民族特色。课程结束后，学生参加中国民族民间舞等级考试。
英国皇家舞蹈学院课程 (RAD) 英皇芭蕾课程是目前全球接受度最高的芭蕾培训体系。 由专业芭蕾教师执教，提供给学员RAD标准舞蹈课程。 英皇芭蕾根据不同年龄的儿童的兴趣和个性特点，提供连贯和系统的培训课程。每年组织学生进行RAD等级考试。
Chinese Dance Technician (CT) Provide “basic dance and dance music combination training”. Promote the child’s physical development, correct body shape, train the child’s sense of rhythm.
Ballet Grade 1-3 (BG) Ballet is the basis for dance. It provides the technical scaffolding required to produce strong and healthy dancers and is recommended for all dancers. We offer Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) training and examinations from primary to advanced levels.
Competition (COM) Focus on cultivating the child’s body shape, strengthening the dance charm, and laying a solid foundation for learning the finished Chinese dance.
Dance Rehearsal (DR) Suitable for students who have various dance foundations such as ballet and folk dance. The class is mainly engaged in performing finished dances, integrating intensive dance basic skills and physical training.
JAZZ & TAP (JT) Jazz is the most common type of dance in modern dance. It combines all jazz styles such as feminine, explosive, sexy and handsome, suitable for all dance lovers. Although JAZZ’s movement range is not large, the main muscles of the whole body will be exercised during exercise, and the movement requirements are fast and the instantaneous force is required.

Chinese Dance Exam (CA) According to the “Chinese Folk Dance Grade Examination Textbook”, the content is based on the dance materials of 56 ethnic groups in China, and the most representative typical elements of each ethnic dance are selected for combination creation. The materials are diversified. The dance styles are different, with strong local and ethnic characteristics. After the course, students take the Chinese Folk Dance Level Examination.
Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) The RAD is currently the most accepted ballet training system in the world. Coached by a professional ballet teacher, the RAD standard dance course is offered to the students. RAD offers coherent and systematic training courses based on the interests and personality of children of different ages. Students are organized annually to take the RAD level test.
