I understand that after payment for course registration, our school will not issue refunds. However, the registration fee can be converted into credit for future dance tuition. I understand that students are responsible to give the school office notice by email one month prior to your withdrawal, change, or long absence. I understand there is No Refund for missed classes fee and registration fee. If students should miss more than 4 classes at once (one time absence not included) with a proper notification to the school office, school office can help students to move the missed classes to a different time\class. Tundra Swan reserves the right to use its former or current student photos, video or the like for advertising and marketing of the school. TS reserves the rights to change, cancel or substitute dates, classes and schedules, and to add or remove faculty members at any time. Students who are chosen to do rehearsal class will have some fees accordingly. That I am participating in a dance/fitness class at Tundra Swan Ltd. I recognize that dance and fitness type classes require physical exertion which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury. I am also fully aware of the risk and hazard involved. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the class. I represent that I am physically fit and have no medical condition which would prevent my full participation. I agree to take full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages known or unknown which might incur because of participating in the class(es). I knowingly and voluntarily waive any claim I may have against Tundra Swan Ltd. or any faculty members for injury and damage that I may sustain because of participating in class(es).
